Week 59 - Mallorca Training Camp

Training camp participants are cool, coaches are great. This camp is just perfect. It is not only about doing sports but also about developing the right technique. And they give us lots of theory on why we do what we do, which is very informative, indeed.

All in all, I have to master a lot of very intensive workouts. And while I only swim 5 km, cycle 250 km, and run 60 km, I am feeling very exhausted when finally heading back to Zurich at the end of the week.

I look forward to two tapering weeks before I am going to attend the Half-Ironman Mallorca.
