Week 62 - Recovery. And Some Cycling.


I am spending my workdays without sports this week. This allows me to recover pretty fast.

The weekend is packed with cycling, though. On Saturday, I do a combined cycling and climbing tour - about 110 km of cycling and 2,000 m of climbing. My first real long distance cycling tour is scheduled for Sunday: 200 km of cycling and 1,700 m of climbing. My legs are somewhat tired in the evening.
