My coach thinks that my cycling needs improvement. When I look at my training plan for this week, I can see only cycling: long hours of cycling, plus a cycling marathon on Sunday – the so called 'Saentis Classic'.
Swimming sessions are nicely mixed into this sports cocktail. I cycle 460 km on only 4 days, swim another 4 km, and run 20 km. All of this is done from Thursday to Sunday. Could it be that my coach is a bit cruel?
