Week 01 - My First 28 km Jog

My first week was easy-going, with just one swimming and one cycling lesson. Unfortunately, I had to skip the cycling due to the bad weather and do some spinning instead.
Thursday offered a long and steady-paced run, followed by a two hour spinning workout. No exercises on Friday. A 105 km flat ride and a 12 km run on Saturday. And on Sunday, I did my first 28 km jog along river Limmat, followed by a two hour mountain bike tour.
