My training programme for this week seemed comparatively easy, with no back-to-back long runs or bicycle tours, even the swimming exercises were few. Actually, it was an easy-going week and the drop in mileage helped me to recover from last week’s training. The only thing that took me by surprise was a broken mountainbike chain only 6 km from my home. The result was an unplanned but decent mountain hike – and I had to push my filthy bike all the way...
I took sunday off. Next stop: Mallorca
