Week 20 - Smooth Recovery

Michaela had anticipated that I'd need to recover from the race. Accordingly, I went cycling three times this week and did a manageable120 km. In addition, I did four gentle running units - 52 km altogether - and went swimming in the river Limmat. My swim coach Willi made some nice short films of my breaststroke technique and leg work.
I led a virtuous life in week 20, went to bed early and slept as long as possible to be prepared for the upcoming training weeks.
