Week 30 - A Spark of Hope

Two times in the water and 4 times on the bike makes 5 km of crawling and 290 km of cycling. In addition, I did three very slow 2 km running units. I can still feel the pain, but it’s getting better.
It's been a long time since I spent my whole weekend in Zurich. I take the chance, indulge my sweet tooth, and have myself pampered with massages and body treatments. Feels like heaven.
