Preparations for the swim camp that will take place in Locarno in less than 2 weeks' time are "heating up": 17 km of exercises to improve my crawl swimming technique and my body position make me start feeling like a fish. I spend nearly 6 hours in the pool.
In addition to that I need to do 2 hours of mountain biking and 2 hours of gentle jogging.
I am going to St. Moritz in the weekend and my cross-country skiing season is starting off with 30 km of maiden-like trails - a very welcome diversion from my other sports activities!
