Week 44 - Missed Recovery


I am feeling tired.

My coach tells me to significantly reduce the intensity and amount of training. So I only go swimming twice, cycling once, and running three times this week.

This week's weekend trip leads me to Davos. Since there is nothing else to do and since the cross-country skiing trails look great despite all the freshly fallen snow, I do another 50 km of cross-country skiing.
