Week 46 - Optimising Recovery

So, how can you optimise recovery? 17 km of swimming, 20 km of running, and 4 hours of indoor cycling is all it takes to make my sports coach happy.

What's more, my English teacher traveled to Zurich for a brief visit. A welcome distraction, and I enjoyed it. The weekend passed and I returned to my daily sports and work routine.
