My xmas training plan does not exactly feel as if Santa has delivered it - it rather feels like a cruel fabrication from the Grinch. My thighs and my shanks are suffering, so is my torso, shoulders and arms.
My xmas schedule asks for a total of 15 km of swimming, 90 km of running, and 140 km of cross-country skiing.
Anyway, mission accomplished - even if I have to go home early from the New Year's Eve party...
