Monday morning, 05:30 a.m. I am waking up at the crack of dawn, feeling nauseous. Wednesday, 01:00 p.m., I am feeling weaker than ever before. No sports on Thursday and Friday.
Still feeling a bit weak, I visit my preferred bike shop on Saturday morning. It's time to boost my motivation with new pedals for my triathlon bike - I know I definitely deserve it. I purchase new Garmin Vector 2 pedals. From now on, my cycling performance will be measured in watts - I look forward to new insights!
I finally return to training on the weekend: 80km of biking and 25km of running.
