Week 48 - 'Queen of Mountains' Climb

This week prepares me for a nice uphill run that is scheduled for Sunday - from the village of Arth to the top of Rigi mountain. The climb starts at an altitude of 422 metres above sea level and takes me up to 1,795 metres above sea level.

My training plan focuses on gentle running - a total of 80 km. In addition, I only have to do 2 hours of indoor cycling.
