My first sports holiday this year takes me to the island of Lanzarote - and there to one of the best hotels.
My week brings a nice mix of relaxation, sports, and fantastic food.
And even if a fairly strong breeze hampers my cycling efforts, I manage to do 320 km to improve my basic stamina. My running follows the same pattern, with a total of 85 km.
Eating is a different story and I have 2 kilos extra on my hips after this trip. I have to say I do not love my new love handles ...
