Flying back to Zurich on Tuesday makes me feel somewhat uncomfortable. To avoid this feeling, I decide to spend the rest of my week in good old St. Moritz.
My training is rather easy and allows my legs to recover from last week’s running effort. I manage to do a total of 5 km of swimming, 70 km of biking , and 60 km ofrunning in the picturesque winter scenery of the Engadin.
