This is my final week at work before I take a timeout from my job for two months. I so have been looking forward to this moment!
My coach is very kind to me and allows me to focus on preparing for my timeout period.
All I have to do this week is take two performance tests: one for cycling (a 20 minute FTP test, which shows a somewhat disappointing 2.5 W/kg) and one for running (a 5 km speed test with a pleasant result of 3:56 min/km).
