I am leaving Mallorca on Tuesday, heading back to Zurich. On Wednesday, I am traveling to Graz to meet my sister, who wants to spend a training week on Lanzarote with me.
Saturday morning, we travel to Lanzarote, where the wind feels like a hurricane! I am not eager to go cycling under such conditions. However, our first cycling tour is scheduled for Sunday morning.
From a training perspective, this week is about relaxation - I do a total of 5 km of swimming, 210 km of cycling, and 60 km of running. By the way, my sister has not yet complained about the stormy conditions - what a tough cookie she is!
