My sister and I are on Lanzarote this week, and our training plan asks for quite some effort.
We have to do 4 swimming sessions - a total of 11 km; 4 cycling sessions - a total of 260 km; and 6 running units - a total of 70 km.
It is useless to wait for the wind to abate and cycling near the shore feels like a sea-sand body scrub. Actually, after this week my skin feels 20 years younger...
